Spacious and charming rooms with lovely garden views. Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Location is great, a 7-10 minute walk to the city center. Relaxing garden to unwind - it would be perfect if they had more parasols and evening food available. Reception staff went above and beyond to help us with a flat battery.

We loved the central yet quiet location of the hotel, perfect for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and the canal side bar was a fantastic place to relax.

Came here for 2 night stay, had a very nice experience. Plenty of food available in the dining area. The staff were amicable, the room was well-appointed with a nice bed. The location was fab, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a public plaza.

Great staff and location, I loved to be here. The beds were too small here, however it was a very very good stay all in all.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak, made me a little nervous.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the canals and in the heart of the city center. It is just a short walk to the Markt and other main sights. The rooms are uniquely decorated with wood-paneled walls and elegant curtains. The bathrooms are spacious and some even have heated floors. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing great directions and recommendations for sightseeing. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, including hot and cold dishes.

The hotel has stairs on both the front and back entrances, which may be challenging for guests with mobility issues.

Breakfast was PERFECT and the room was luxurious.

We had a great stay at this venue. The location was spot on, right on a wonderful canal, and it was so easy to explore from here. The staff were really helpful and friendly and made us feel welcome from the get-go. Our room was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a mini-bar and tea and coffee facilities. We also loved sitting out on the terrace, watching the world go by.

Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this city.

We spent a quite comfortable time here, very good staff and location. The restaurant was pleasant, we tried hot dishes.

It's great relaxing hotel with unbeatable location next to the canal. Comfort king room is huge, we also really enjoyed picturesque views. We would stay here again, everything was very clean.

Loved it! Great location and spacious rooms with large windows. The hotel is conveniently located just off a bustling square and only a few blocks from the main square. Nearby cafes make it easy to grab a quick bite. The spacious rooms with large windows offered plenty of natural light and a lovely view.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable. Both sides sloped outwards and there was a noticeable lump running down the middle, making it feel like you were falling downhill.

We had a great stay at this centrally located hotel next to a beautiful canal. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a lovely dining area for breakfast with a view of the canal. The staff was always accommodating and friendly, especially in providing transportation to and from the main square.
